1. Eligibility to Sell

• You must be a registered business entity or an individual authorized to sell products or services in compliance with applicable laws in India.
• You must provide valid business details, such as GSTIN, PAN, business address, and bank account information, during registration.
• You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on your manufacturer account.

2. Product Listings

• Manufacturers are responsible for ensuring that product descriptions, images, pricing, and other details are accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• Products listed must comply with applicable laws, including intellectual property and consumer protection laws.
• Prohibited items such as counterfeit products, illegal goods, and restricted items must not be listed on the platform.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Manufacturers have the discretion to set the price for their products, but the price must not violate applicable pricing laws or regulations.
• Payments for orders will be remitted to manufacturers after deducting applicable fees, commissions, and charges as per the agreed terms.

4. Fees and Commissions

6. Returns and Refunds

• Manufacturers must adhere to the platform's Return and Refund Policy, ensuring smooth and hassle-free returns for customers.
• Refunds for returned items will be deducted from the manufacturer's account as per the policy terms.

7. Manufacturer Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality products that match the listed descriptions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure ethical business practices at all times.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations and consumer protection laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

Manufacturers are prohibited from engaging in the following:

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods.
• Providing false information or manipulating reviews.
• Circumventing platform fees or promoting external sales outside the platform.
• Engaging in any activities that harm the reputation of the platform.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a manufacturer account if:

• The manufacturer violates this Policy or applicable laws.
• The manufacturer receives repeated complaints or negative feedback.
• Fraudulent or unethical activities are detected.

10. Indemnification

Manufacturers agree to indemnify and hold Flikmart Enterprise Private Limited harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their breach of this Policy or violation of applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

Flikmart Enterprise Private Limited shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the manufacturer’s actions, including order cancellations, delays, or product defects.

12. Governing Law
